Response time to a reply sent for an rfe
Hi all...
I received an RFE during the status adjustment phase of the 485...It has been 90 days since they received the reply to their RFE...I have not heard back from them... I have a vacation coming up and i plan to travel to Spain...is the travel to spain risky, given the fact that the reponse is pending???

Travel only when necessary.
Your trip is not risky if you have a valid visa stamp. However your Remember I94 number will change once you travel. This will have to be updated in the records of the INS. all this will bring unnecessary administrative delays. If it is not important, do not travel.
