Mistake in Certificate of Non Availability RFC for Non Availability
I received an RFC since I had only submitted a Non Availability of Birth Certificate. I am going forward with submitting an affidavit from both my parents to meet the RFC demands.
I however now find that the Certificate of Non Availability that I submitted has a mistake, in that it states that no record is found for me for the 12th of March, however my DOB is 10th March. I only noticed this mistake whne backchecking the documents to respond to the RFC. What are my options?
