Special case-Famliy based greencard for brother with older child
Finally my brother's time has come to getr his green card.
I understand his family can apply along with him to get immigrant visa as lomng as include them in form I864. He has two daughters one is 19 years age and the other 24 years old. Will the one which is 24 years old can also benefit as she was just 12 years of age when I did petition for my brother. Good to tell you I got a lot of help for my greencard from this lawyer's office when I got mine long back and now I am seeking this free advice from this new web based forum
