Marrige to a green card holder
Hey folks!!! Here is my story.
I am a visitor to US on a business visa B1. I met a guy here in the USA and we want to get married. The guy has a Green Card and his application for a Citizenship is due 2.5 years from now. Could you please tell me, what is best route for us to be together here in the USA and to get a Green Card for me. We are also planning to have children. I know that if the guy applies for pettition to get me a Green Card and I my visa expiris I have to leave the country. What about if a child will be born? Will I get any visa or permition to stay with our child in the USA? Thank you!
