Extra letter in middle name on green card

My mom just got her green card yesterday. It is such a good feeling to see her smiling face. Everything on the card is correct except there was a extra letter in the middle name since she doesn't have a middle name at all. Why is it so difficult for USCIS to get it right!!!
Since she has travel arrangement in the coming month, I am wondering what kind of impact it will have. Will she get any trouble to re-enter using this green card?
I will highly appreciate if anyone has similar situation and shields some light. Thanks

Check the copy of her I-485 form, and also check her birth certificate. Sometimes it's not USCIS mistake.

USCIS got it wrong on the I485 receipt. We filed a service request to change it and indeed got a confirmation letter stated that they will correct it at the time they process I485. I guess USCIS never bother correct it
