What happen if a US citizen get's SSI while sponsoring his wife?
My friend's husband will get SSI because some medical conditions. She is under the conditional permanent residence right now. What will happen when the time to take the conditions out for the 751 after two year come? How that will affect her status after applaying to take the conditions out in the form-751?
Please drop your opinion...
