primary applicant now in H4 status, can applicant apply for I 485/EAD on H4 status
Hi,
i am on H1, filed for GC in EB2, I-140 is approved waiting for the priority dates to file for I-485 /EAD. My husband is also here on H1. My H1b extn is due in sep end. Let's say my extn gets denied for some reason and i changed my status to H4. Will my I or my present company be able to apply for I-485/EAD when the dates become current? thanks in advance.
