Do I need a valid I-94 when I submit an I-485?
I am filing an I-130 and I-485 for my wife but before I do I wanted to know if I will need a current/not expired I-94? She has one but the date expired already. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated.
I ask because on item # 10 it says that "you are not elegible for adjustment of status if YOUR AUTHORIZED STAY EXPIRED BEFORE YOU FILED THE I-45
