j-1 waiver- NOS question
Hello, everyone!
My question is related to the waiver, of course. I have applied for the waiver based on no objection on April 16, 2009. I have received the NOS form the Romanian embassy in 6 days. The status of my case appeared on the DOS website on May 18, 2009. But the NOS did not appear along with the rest of the documents. And the Romanian embassy has already sent the NOS to the Waiver Division. What might the problem be? Why doesn't the NOS appear along with other papers? Could anyone give me some input? I am a bit worried. Thank you in advance for your time.
