my 485 denied. help needed

Hi there.. i am married to USA born citizen girl. but unfortunately we have problems with each other. 9 month before i got married. when i applied for 1-485, some one applied for my affidavit of support cause my wife did not had job that time also she was 18 year old. My question the person how filled affidavit of support for me , can he do some thing that USCIS let me live as a legal resident in USA?? or Any other good suggestion please??

if i divorce my wife now... how long i can stay in USA as legal. Am i eligible to get I-20? Thanks

I have received an e-mail that my I-485 (my wife and two kids also) is denied. I have not received any actual letter. I have an approved I-140 since July 06 and 485 was pending since Jan 06. I am nervous and it will be few sleepless nights. I do not see any reason for 485 to be denied. Few weeks ago USCIS has asked for my birth certificate and my son's medical which was submitted to them promptly. Any help is appreciated
