I-485 RFE - PLEASE HELP - Multiple Employment
Hi All,
I filed my I-485 under EB2 during July'07. I recieved an RFE today requesting employment verification from my current employer and information about other employers associated after filing adjustment of status. Now my question is, Iam still associated with my current employer, however since I had an EAD, Iam also operating a C Corp under my name since 2008 and have also taken compensation( around 10k) and also filed income tax for year 2008. I would like to know, Do I also need to send information about employment with my own Corp or just employment letter from my primary GC sponsoring employment should be sufficient. Please let me know... Thanks alot..
