AOS for GC parents filing in the US
Hello sir,
I saw some posts regarding filing GC for parents within the US. I am going to do the same and have few qtns regarding the process. 1. I -130 is prepared by me and I 485 is by my parents. Right ? 2. Can someone plz post the template for Non-Available of Birth Cert,Non-Availability of Marriage Certificate,Notarized Marriage Affidavit from my Dad that he & mom married,Notarized Marriage Affidavit from my GrandFather that he witnessed my parents wedding. Is it important to include the witness by my grandfather since he is not alive. In this case any other alternative ? 3. G325A is to be filled by each of my parents. Right ? 4. Can i ask my parents to get the I - 693 from India before travelling to the US. Or it has to be done strictly in the US? 5 . I-864 is to be filled by me or my parents ?
