I - 693 Medical test
I will be filing for GC for my parents within the US. Hence I will be filing 130 and 485 at the same time once they arrive in the US on b1/b2 status.
My qtn is - 1 . Should I ask them to get the medical exam (form I-693) in India and carry the result in a sealed envelope to the US or this has to be done compulsorily in the US since in this case I will file for 130 and 485 at the same time. |
