Citizenship
How long does one have to be in GC status before applying for citizenship? Does being in conditional status count towards the citizenship?

3 yrs if married, 5 if not.
keep in mind, applying for citizenship sometimes is even more painful than GC experience. Seen green card holders waiting 17 years for citizenship... but thats just up to USCIS |
