Hi,

Just for curiousity and to gain knowledge since im not into immi, i want to know about this thread "FBI Name Check" i dont understand what does this thread means?

everyone who applies for a green card goes through an FBI name check. (criminal fingerprint/name check)

Lots of people find themselves stuck in it for a long time.

so if ur applyin for k3 visa or marriage immigrant visa to come to u.s while u r in overseas do u still go through name check frm fbi? or once u come to u.s then u go through fbi name check
