Can I apply for my I-485?
I got my I-140 approved in EB1 Outstanding Researcher category. But we never received any approval notice. So the employer contacted USCIS and were asked to file I-824 requesting a duplicate approval notice. But looks like there is a waiting period of 6 months!! Can I go with the I-485 filing (non concurrent) withe I-824 receipt notice?
