485 RFE - the oldest available evidence of your birth date and parentage

Hi Guys,

I received a 485 RFE.
It said:

Please submit the oldest available evidence of your birth date and parentage.
This evidence may include, but is not limited to:

a. Hospital birth records which name the child and both parents.
b. Medical records which name the child and both parents.
c. school records which name the child and both parents.
d. Census record which name the child and both parents.
.......

It didn't mention what wrong in my submitted documents.
Do you know why I receive such documents ?
If I can get a verification document from my high, middle, elementary school or birth hospital. is this what they want?
