Can we file Spouse 485 during an RFE.
Hi folks,
Please move my question/post if I am posting in the wrong thread. Recently my cousin received an RFE for some medical documents which the doctor forgot to attach. Just wanted to know whether we can file Spouse's 485 application along with the RFE reply. Back in early 2000's I know lot of people used to do that, but any recent experiences about the same would be good. Thanks
