For I-I485 Approval through consultancy company.
I am on EAD with more than one year on it.
I would like to change my current employer(consultancy) and go to another consultancy company till I get my green card. What job offer the company has to show as it is a consultancy company. I read somewhere it said that "as long as you have a future job offer in hand its fine". So can my new consultancy company just show a offer letter showing a future permanent job offer with them for I485 purpose? Is it fine if they keep paying me salary even if there is no client as i would become there permanent employee? Or Do I have to show a client permanent job offer letter. Please clarify.
