I-693 (Med exam) and pregnancy

Hi all. I looked at the reqs for med exam (I-693). One, is a TB skin test. I am pregnant, so I did some research about the risks of TB skin test. The verdict so far is that it hasn't been studied enough to say that it's 100% save, and it should only be done when absolutely necessary. So, I decided I am not going to take the skin test. (I don't care about my status if there is a slight chance that it could be harmful to the baby.) X-Rays are out too. The only thing I would do is blood tests, which by the way I just did when I found out I was pg... (lots of them).
Anybody had experience with that - ladies, guys? What would doctors put out on an incomplete med report?

Thanks

I wasn't pregnant when I had my exam done, but the doc did say that if I were pregnant then he would put that on my form and I wouldn't have to have the TB skin test or immunizations. He said that immigration would request for you to have it done at a later date, but that it shouldn't delay the application.

I don't know why he had to stress that point. I guess he has ladies that lie about being pregnant because they are scarred of not getting their card.

i am in the process of my medials too, and i did have a TB done when i was pregnant with my son, you not have an x-ray if it comes out positive, but it will be noted on your medical form and i guess you will be given a waiver, ther will laos test for other transsmitable dieseases. If you do not do the medical it will delay your approvals, go ahead and do it Drs, know what to pout in the medical form so do not worry.
