Expired L1B now on I485 pending - can I use AC21?
My L1B expired last year and I'm on I-485 pending using EAD and AP. Can I take advantage of AC21 and change my job after I485 pending for 180 days? I heard that L1 is not portable under AC21. Is it still true for my case? Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks guys.
