i 140/i 485 interlink

Employer A has filed for I 140,and I 485 In Jul 07, Employer has withdrawn I 140 because he got an RFE and he did not want to answer.

I had employer B also file for I 140 through labor substitution and it was approved.

recently I called INS and i requested over the phone to interlink I 140 filed thru employer B and I 485 filed thru employer A.INS has said they are going to review the service request for interlink (which was made over the phone) ,what else should i do? what are chances of it getting denied?

USCIS dont Interfile on the phone. let your lawyer write a request letter with Copy of I-140 approval of B+copy of your pending I-485 and need to send it to service center where I-485 is pending.

auto interlink

generally u do not have to call-send letter to uscis for interlink.....they do it automatically on their side.....the best way to find out is verify the A number on your new approved i140 if it shows your old i485 A number then u are good to go...
at least thats what happened in my case.
