Immigration help
I came to America in 1999 with a 10 year business visa. Then the visa expired and then at 2001 they had labor(skill worker) law. Then on 2002 labor was approved and then the person who sponsored us didn't want to continue with us and they didn't give any information. Then in 2006 we found another sponsor, we applied on labor again. Then on 2007 labor was approved and then me and my kids and wife got their work permit. Then the immigration asked us for our sponsor's tax returns for 2006, 2007, and 2008. Then my lawyer told me that our sponsor has been making a loss and not showing the required profit so the lawyer said the application will most likely be denied. Over the past years through this I've spent lots of money and still have had not much progress in this, So what should I do now from this point?
Please answer, if you need me to put more information just let me know what you need to know or if you don't understand what I am saying. |
