LC approved! Can I file I-140 and I485 concurrently for future job to start next year??
LC approved March 2009.
Currently on H1b Visa. Australian citizen, so EB-2 is current. LC was approved for job to begin in March 2010. Can I file I-140 (EB2) and I-485 concurrently now (for this prospective job scheduled to start in March 2010) ?? OR Do I have to file I-140 (EB2) now, and then wait till job actually starts in March 2010 and only then file I-485?? Please advice.
