NOS' status is "Unacceptable"?
Hello,
DOS have received the NOS sent from the Consular Section of my home country, but its status is "Unacceptable". It looks like they also sent out a letter to request another NOS, but I don't know to whom?! To be honest, getting a NOS from my home country is not that easy compared to the others  Has anyone here been the same situation as I have? Unacceptable NOS is a serious issue? Should I call the public inquiry to ask if something wrong and if so, do they know specifically each case or just in general? Please let me know if you can.
