Tricky RFE I485: Company vs current location
Gurus,
This is the text of RFE: "According to the I-485 application, the applicant is currently living in MN. However, the petitioner, XXX, is headquartered in CA with a sub-office in NJ. Please indicate whether the application is working in another facility of the companyor working for another company." The fact is my company is in consulting business and I have to move from place to place for projects. My question is: 1. Do you see any issue with this RFE? 2. Does it have any serious implications? 3. What should I say in response to this? 4. Any better suggestions? Gurus, please help. Thanks in advance. vkv.
