Biometrics for Reentry permit timeline....
Hello everyone,
the USCIS website says WITHIN 30 days i get my biometrics appointment for re-entry permit... Can anyone verify whether this is true/realistic or not? It has says, that the application may be DENIED if I leave the U.S. before my biometrics appointment... But, could I fly out and then come back for my biometrics appointment? It would be under a month if the USCIS follows their timeline of 30 days.

CN - 2009AS00007*** Current in January 2009 Immigrant Visa recieved  Fedruary 27th – Green card activated March 02nd-USCIS received application I-131 March 12th – Biometrics appointment March 18th - Re-entry permits issued March 18th - Social Security Card Recieved March 23rd - Green Card Recieved
