I-130 ~ Question about marrying a widow.
hello all, I am a USC and I will be marrying a widow with one baby girl in pakistan.
I am just confused about this process, I am sure i can get wife here BUT how about her daughter???? in other words after marriage , she;l be my step daughter and she is 2 years old baby. Will she be able to get green card ? Can i apply for her as a step father when i apply for my wife? any insight will be appreciated. Thanks.
