returing to US after 75days on GC, but stayed longer out of US before that on RP
I got my GC in 2004 and my first reentry permit in Jan 2007. I stayed out of US on that permit for periods of 6-7 months. My last visit to US was in Jan 2009 for a week and my reentry permit expired soon after that visit. Now I am coming back to US in April for a month just on my GC. I need to know if I am going to face any trouble at the POE? My absence from US this time is only 75 days. I really need to come back to US to apply for a second reentry permit. thanks.
