Re-Entry Permit; Expedited Biometrics appointment can be scheduled with in two weeks
Hello all
This is for the benefit of my fellow forum readers. I filed my re-entry permit application through a lawyer and received the biometrics appointment with in ten days through expedited process. The following documents were attached along with the application - Cover letter explaining the reasons. - Copy of return air tickets - Letter from employer stating the need to return to work on a specific date. The lawyer I engaged for this service was very good and took a personal interest answering my queries and etc. If anyone needs details please send a private message or e-mail. Good luck!

CN - 2009AS00007*** Current in January 2009 Immigrant Visa recieved  Fedruary 27th – Green card activated March 02nd-USCIS received application I-131 March 12th – Biometrics appointment March 18th - Re-entry permits issued March 18th - Social Security Card Recieved March 23rd - Green Card Recieved
