I-140 approval notice required for Ac-21?
Hello,
I know that my company has received my I-140 approval. Also, it has been over 180 days since my I-485 was filed. If I get a job with another company, do I need the I-140 approval notice or the I-140 receipt number to file for AC-21 portablilty? My company is not giving me either - what are my options in that case? Thank you.
