AC21/i 140/i 485
hi,
Please answer the following questions. Employer A has filed for I 140,and I 485 In Jul 07, Employer has withdrawn I 140 because he got an RFE and he did not want to answer. I had employer B also file for I 140 through labor substitution and it was approved. 1.Can I link I 485 (pending thru employer A) and I 140(approved thru employer B). 2.If my employer B doesn't want to interlink I 485 and I 140 , can I interlink it myself (without telling employer B) ,I have the receipts,will it be a problem in the future? 3.Or Should I move to employer C with pending I 485 from employer A and approved I 140 of employer B using AC21 , What is the procedure? Will there be a RFE in the future? Please let me know.I appreciate your help. -ram
