Reentry Permit from US (on GC) and Living in Canada with PR
Dear Friends
I have a question may be some can help me. I got an Immigrant visa through Consular processing at Montréal while I was at H1B, since 2001. With my wife and kids we landed from Canada on 10th October 2008, we have received GC and social security; In between we have been to US for one week in December 2008. As my wife is living in Canada since December 2006, she would like to stay one more year (Until March 2010) in Canada to fulfill the Canada Citizenship requirement and obtain Canadian Citizenship before moving permanently to US. My question is if she will obtain Reentry permit from USA and live in Canada (Until March 2010) with Canadian PR, is there any problem when she will come back to USA after March 2010 using reentry permit?
