April 2009 Visa Bull...
EB3 India moved all of two weeks! </sarcasm>

And the Worldwide was retrogressed to 2003!!!! this is a nightmare all over again.
I went trhough this back in 2005 and it was terrible and really painfull, now I'm going through it all over again with family members who have been stuck for so long...we were all positive that in April things were going to move... Never would have thought of retrogression hitting all over again!!!! this system really sucks!!!

Is it true that dates will not move again until new fiscal year in October 2009? have anyone else heard this rumor?

at this point...
... I would rather they move slowly and steadily instead of becoming "current", old timers like myself being forgotten, and then retrogressed even more...
