AOS pending (pd 2007)/EB3 (india) I140 approved- Now Married to USC
My case is a little peculiar, asin I have my AOS pending (EB3) filed in Aug 2007. Recently received my approved I-140. I recently got married to a Us Citizen and am wondering if there are any issues with filing I-130/485/765/131 and G-325 myself to apply for AOS via immediate relative...as in any issues to my EB application?

I am unsure what to fill in a question asked over and over again in these forms- about my A#? Should I mention my EB A# or just leave it blank?

Looking for any candidates who have gone thru this situation...any feedback would assist. thanks
