Filing I-130 for sister (her EB3 485 pending)
Folks,
Here is a unique situation. My sister currently has 485 pending from EB3(India) petition from her husband. Their PD is Middle of '05 and going by the current progress rate for EB3 India it could take 25-30yrs to get current. If I file her I-130 now as relative of USC then can she convert her EB 485 to FB without filing a new 485? Reason for this is that F4 category is showing almost 11 years lag which is still very good compared to EB3 India.
