sibling sponsor
now that the citizenship is finally out of the way
I can now long last sponsor my siblings. first up is my sister she has a husband and a child that also need sponsoring. her and child are here and husband is here just visiting and plans to go back. first question: on the I-130 I have to list all family members which means I have to list the husband. will this be a problem then next time he visits? second question: does my sister really have to maintain status for the next 10 years until the visa number comes up? what could possibly happen if she briefly drops out of status but is able bounce back in to status? some advice on this would be most helpful
