Birth Certificate problem
The I 485 petition asks for birth Certificate. I got one from our
municipality last year. At birth my name was registered under a different name. The officials at the municipality will not do a name correction. Will it create a problem? I have an affidavit in which my parents names are given and they affirm that my name is xxxxx (current name) and I am their son. Would this be enough evidence? |
