Best way to submit form I-130 priority overnight? standard overnight? FEDEX? UPS?

Hi! I'm sending an I-130 but I'm not sure which is the best so I would like to get the opinions of experience. I notice that the receiving address is different if shipping the I-130 via courier. I wonder if they get treated differently when it gets to the processing center?

The first option is to send to USCIS Lockbox facility which I guess this is the regular mail and the address is:

USCIS
P.O. Box 804616
Chicago, IL 60680-4107

The second option is to send the form via courier/express deliveries and the address is:

USCIS
Attn: FBAS 131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Please help me. Thanks.
