i485 pending since 2003

1) My priority date is 10/25/2001.
2) EB3 category.
3) i-104 & i-485 applied on 10/25/2003 and receipt dates are 11/05/2003
4) No query for i-140 and got cleared around 9/11/2005
5) 4 times did finger printing for my i-485
6) 3 times got query for i-485 and responded promptly for all 3 of them.
7) 3 times it was current and my i-485 is still pending.
8) 5 of us applied to gether and rest 4 of them are eligible to apply for their citizenship on 01/07/2009

Please suggest, what can stesp should I need to take.

what was the rfe for?

1st RFE --> all I-94 (port of entries and exists)
2nd RFE --> Employment proof and adfadivit for my wife
3rd RFE --> Medical checkup (TB test). I did checst xray instead of skin. They requested for skin test.

Is your case pending at the local office ? I would suggest you to write to your senator.
