H1B Transfer on AOS pending with Parolee status
My I-485 is Pending for more than a year and having valid H1 till Dec 2009.My 140 is already approved an year ago. I am still using my H1B. I recently used AP to Enter to U.S? My current I-94 is in Parolee status ( AOS Pending).
Can I transfer my H1 & GC processing to another company. Will I get new I-94 with H1 Approval for new Company? I prefer to continue on H1B. I was told that if we entered to US in AP, there is no possibility of getting H1B transferred with updated I-94 on I-797? Ginnu or others, can you respond please?
