I-485 Background Check.
Hi everyone.
I'm in the process of applying for an adjustment of status through my wife who is an American citizen. We have a 3 year old daughter & have been married a year. My question is in relation to a fine I have for resisting arrest in the UK back in 1990, I have just found out that this fine is still on my record & I should declare this on my application. Will this past conviction affect my application for a Green Card? Thanks for your help. Worried.
