address change question
we received my approval letter however my spouse didn't got his. We found out that from customer service that his address hasn't been changed since we filed our AOS years ago. Our lawyer said he submitted address change. We received all our correspondence EADs,H1,RFE, thru our current mailing address. We did not receive my spouse fingerprint notice. he just went when I had my biometrics done.
We called cs they said that change of address will take 7 days and that approval letter and green card is already sent. if we don't receive card because of this address change,it will be returned to uscis. Will they send it again if we request to resend it to the present address? Can you please give insight on this..thank you very much.
