Help needed with waiver.
Hi,
I am new to this website and I am in the process of filing my J1 Waiver. 1) If I go to CGI Houston in person (I live outside Texas but my state comes under CGI Houston's jurisdiction), will I get my NORI on the same day? 2) If my employer agrees to extend my current J1 contract my one more year, do I still need to get a waiver for the current J1 before it expires? Thanks a lot in advance. I have seen some valuable and timely suggestions on this website. I hope to receive some help too

yes wolgator you need a waiver to extend your stay even if ur employer wants you to stay with him. and you can go to houston embassy of india and u will get it in one day . last week my friend went and he got it in a day .
