Is form G-325A required while filing I-130 for parents?
Hi,
As per the instructions for form I-130, you need to fill up G-325A for yoruself and your spouse if petitioning (only) for Wife/husband. It doesn't say the same when filing for parents. Can you please suggest if we need a G-325A for a parents I-130 too and if so is it just for each of the parent or do we need one for the petioner too? Thanks for your time. Rgds, VRK.

Nope. G325A is not required for Parents. It is only required if you filing for your spouse. Hope this help
