Possible to file I-485 while H1B extension pending?
My H1B extension has been pending for more than 6 months at Vermont. We filed Premium Processing. They said it's delayed due to the security checks.
I have a package ready to file I-485. Is it possible to file the I-485 while my H1B is still pending? Please tell me. Thanks!
