AC21 advice

I worked with Company A which is sister company of B. Company B filed GC for Future Employment.I never worked for Company B but worked for Company A for almost 2 years.
My Labor got approved on Jun 26th 2006. I filed the I-140 through Company B and got approved in March 2007.

I joined new Company C as permanent employee on March 28th 2007.

Dates got current in July 2007 and I filed for 485 on Aug 15 2008. Company B filed for 485. I am still working with Company C.

If I file for AC21 now will i face any challenges? Is that suggestable to use AC21. What are the challenges I am going to face if I use AC21.

Please advice me.

----------------- count the 180 days from I-485 filing reciept. once you hit 180 days of pending I-485 you will be eligible for AC21.
Is that suggestable to use AC21. What are the challenges I am going to face if I use AC21.
------------------ get the permanent job offer letter from C with same/similar job duties and invoke AC21 by sending C job offer letter to USCIS where your I-485 is pending.Company C lawyer can also help you.

Hi Ginnu-

What if the company says they do not do AC21? can we still invoke AC21 with USCIS using the permanent job offer letter and take care by a private layer. In this case the company will not provide any employment documentation for me. Offer letter will be the only proof. Does the new employer need to be involved by any means?
