EAD to H1B

Hi,

I am using my EAD now and my H1B is expired on oct 2008, now I am working on EAD status and Some other company is intrested to apply H1B,

1.My question is Can I shift from EAD to H1B status?
2. Is this new H1B application comes under Yearly quata(65000)?
3. If gets approved can I travel on Advance payrole or do I need to go for stamping?

Please advise me.
Thanks

---employer can file new H1 for you and once approved go out of US get H1 visa stamp and enter US on H1 status. (keep Valid AP with you so that if any problem in Visa stamp you can use AP)

-------------------no

---------------read above
