NO Finger print Notice

Hi,
PD Jan 2006. Finally my wife has received FP notice last week. Our 485's were submitted together in July 2007. They still havent sent my FP notice(primary). Any suggestions as to what to do. I have taken an infopass for next week.

send a letter to your local congressman or senator letting them know about your plight. I suspect the way uscis is working is, if your date is current and fall within the processing time they are going to send out a finger print notice. If not they are taking their own sweet time, I suspect all the files go in batches, they periodically look at them and process.

Crazy world out there man.

had the same issue. the lawyer called up and we tried calling uscis. also called up the local senators to assist. It took us couple of months as they ask you to wait for 30 days after calling.the info pass appointment did not work for us.
finally we got it after our lawyer called again after going through the wait and call process.
