J1 to I-485
I am currently on H4 , applied for AOS (I-485). I visited US previously on J1 and I have 2-year requirment to fulfill of which I have completed only 1.5 years. I have started the J1 Visa waiver and have obtained all the three NORI letters from India.
Questions: 1>Should I get J1-waiver based on "No Objection" or "Hardship" 2>I have H4 and applied for I-485 [received EAD/AP already], do I even need a J1 waiver ? 3>Will Obtaining J1-Waiver adversely affect my I-485 application or H4 ? thanks in advance
